Your trusted partner that turns your purpose into a plan

If you’ve ever felt burned out or stuck in an energy-draining career, I’ve been there and came out on the other side.

I spent 20+ years climbing the corporate ladder—and I was good at it. I started as a web developer, moved into project management, then landed at KPMG in Risk Advisory Services.  I earned my PMP, got certified in Organizational Change Management, then got my PMI-ACP and received my certification in Psychological Safety facilitation.

I was appointed as the Chair of the Corporate Innovation track at Boise Entrepreneur Week for three years and led it. I was the kind of person who gets things done.

But here's the thing: I was also burned out.

I dug myself out of it by going to mindfulness running retreats, starting with Moab and then other countries. I started practicing yoga and felt called to it. So I looked up yoga instructor training and signed up for an orientation call the very next week.

I did it because I noticed something: taking a room full of people and creating clarity? That lit me up. The feminine energy of listening, creating safety, and helping people actually feel better—it was the opposite of draining. It made me feel alive again.

So I leaned into it and started FIG, where I help individuals and corporate teams get unstuck and design a path forward.

Get a peek into a day in my life

My daily routine didn’t always look like this. It’s something I developed over time, after learning skills and techniques that help me feel calm, collected and joyful as I go about my day.

Morning

I get up and run through my morning routine: scrape tongue, brush teeth, drink copper water, wash face, face cream, roller face to clear lymphs, nasya (nose oil), alternate nostril breathing (2 rounds), warm lemon water. Then I get boys ready for school and make oatmeal with stewed fruit for myself. This foundation sets everything else.

Afternoon

I work, then take a noon run or cross train or yoga—whatever my body needs that day. I pick boys up from school, and in the evening, I teach a class and make sure my boys get dinner.

Evening

My night time routine: sleepy tea, warm milk with shatavari and nutmeg, fill copper cup with water, get boys ready for bed. Then I read, sometimes journal, and listen to a Yoga Nidra recording to get to sleep.
